Lime Tree Designs wants to make sure you are happy with your product and monogramming service.  My goal is to provide you with the best possible customer service and highest quality product.   All efforts will be made to ensure you are completely satisfied with the work completed;  however, embroidery can be a tricky and complicated undertaking when dealing with certain materials, mediums, fonts, etc.  Therefore, Lime Tree Designs cannot be responsible for any damages caused during the embroidery process to items that are supplied by the customer.

Set Up Fees

Extra charges will apply for more complicated set up, multiple colors, difficult placement, specialty fabrics, rare/valuable goods, 2 sided embroidery, or rush charges
