What can I have monogrammed or personalized?

Anything you see on this website can be monogrammed or personalized: the cuffs on the jeans, t-shirts, burp cloths, bibs and onsies.

What is the difference between a monogram and personalization?

Monogramming is the placement of one's initials on a item. Monograms are usually organized in the order of the first initial on the left, the last initial in a larger size in the middle position, and the middle initial on the right. Personalization is putting one's initials, name, nick name, etc. on an item. Check out the available fonts here.

What types of payments do you accept?

Lime Tree Designs accepts PayPal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

Why does it take 3 weeks to do a simple monogram?

Everything at Lime Tree Designs is custom-made to order and we do our very best to ship your order quickly.  Certain monogrammed items can be shipped within a day or two.  Lollipop Jeans usually ship within 5-7 days.  But, fabric availability, specific size requirements, toddler distractions and life in general can make the process take just a bit longer. 

There are so many fonts and they’re all so cute but I need a specific font. Can that be done?

Email me at limetreedesigns@cox.net to discuss.   If it is a True Type font that can be acquired from the internet, I can stitch it!

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We ship to all 50 states. For orders up to $50.00, shipping is a flat rate of $5.00. Order $51 to $75 are charged $9.00.  For orders over $75.00, shipping is free!

Do the prices include tax?

Auntie Sam has to earn a living too! Sales tax is not included in the price of the items but is figured at the end of the sale.  Sales tax of 5% is figured for Virginia residents only.

My grandaughter grew since I ordered her a pair of Lollipop Jeans and a T-Shirt! What can be done?

Of course we want you to be happy and we want your kiddos to love wearing their gear. Her never-been-worn Lollipop Jeans can be returned for Lime Tree Designs Credit but because her T-Shirt was monogrammed, it can not be returned.
